Crowned the most important soft skill of the 21st century for employees and managers alike, communication skills, persuasion and critical thinking should be taught more systematically as part of vocational training. This course takes the best professional debating has to offer - both in skills and teaching methods - and delivers them to suit workplace needs. The results will remain effective over time. Thus, improving your organization's ability to achieve any goal with words.
We will start by establishing a common vocabulary. We will learn universal techniques and templates for communicating clearly and effectively. As we build these skills, we will gradually adapt them to your organization - making this part and what follows tailor-made. Lastly, we will practice using different scenarios related to the participants' fields of responsibility and activity.
Modular structure: weekly or bimonthly lessons lasting one hour and a half to two hours over time. Alternatively, you can schedule workshops for other time slots convenient for you. For example, a full-day workshop, a company event lasting several days, several evening sessions, etc.

Lesson topics
Example of a course structure
- Each session comprises a 90-minute-long Lecture – covering practical rhetorical content and tools: speech structure, argument selection techniques, rebuttal, logical analysis of arguments, etc.
- Lectures will also include short practice routines in class – voluntary participation. Some sessions (two to three, depending on the group’s progression) will be held in a workshop or practical seminar format to allow participants more practice time.
- The basic course consists of 8 sessions in total.
- Sessions will be held weekly.
- Optional (depending on demand): a full-day practicum consisting of in-person simulations and debate drills, followed by professional feedback for immediate improvement.
Logistics
- Classes can be held in person, online, or hybrid.
- Workshops are suitable for groups of any size. We will determine the best practices for audience participation based on the number and nature of participants.
