Brainstorming
we'll meet and get to know each other better. In this phase, we will identify the organization's or department's needs, define the communication challenges, and decide how to maximize the training's value. We will examine three different parameters to accomplish this:
- Skills that participants will gain: concrete goals to achieve or abilities to acquire or improve. The latter may include: an analytical approach to discussions, active listening and effective summary, objection handling, staying on point, clear messaging and argumentation, and improv skills.
- Discussion topics: issues you (and the organization) wish to discuss in a structured, fun and intelligent manner. Common work scripts. Familiar challenging situations that require good communication or persuasion.
- Activity nature: the amount of time at our disposal, number of participants, type of participation (competitive or cooperative, individual or in groups), and activity language.
